My husband and I were blessed to have Connie and Jerry as our neighbors in Elkhart for four years. She welcomed us with open arms; I felt I had known her all my life. We thoroughly enjoyed Connie's sense of humor and her kindness. She and Jerry knew how to party! The day of Jerry's ice cream social for his birthday will never be forgotten. Connie shared so many stories of her life and wonderful family that day. Rest in peace, dear lady...you will not be forgotten.
