It's been quite a while since I have spoken with any member of the extended Garner family. My condolences to all of you during this difficult time.

Jean, Rafique, Eileen, and Sarah,

My condolences on the loss of your mother, grandmother, and great-grand mother. My thoughts are with your family at this difficult time.

With our sympathy.

I worked with Connie at the Watershed Planning staff from 1976-1980. She was my friend and confidant. She loved her children more than you will ever know. Connie was an excellent friend and bridge partner to me. I am blessed for knowing her. I am very sorry to learn of her death, but know that she is in a better place. She loved creating a beautiful and peaceful environment for all around her and was very good at social graces.

Dear Jean and Rafique,

Our Hearts and minds our with you. Wish we could be there with you. No words of solace can really be enough but we are praying for you. Pls accept our heartfelt condolences
