Constance Getman

Dear Getman Family, I was a member of their Bridge "teaching club" back in1990 when I lived in Cazenovia. Since that time I have retired and I started teaching Bridge. I wrote a small handbook for beginners and I dedicated the handbook to Al and Connie. "This Bridge Guide is dedicated to Al and Connie Getman. They were expert Bridge players who spent many years teaching the game, socializing, and helping people in their community." They will not be forgotten.

Dear Getman Family Members,

I have just learned of the death of Connie and want to extend to each of you my sincerest condolences. Connie was a wonderful woman and truly "one of a kind." Her dignity and humanity were felt deeply by all of us within Planned Parenthood. Her role in starting PP in Stark County was a wonderful gift to literally tens of thousands of women in the area.
