Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working closely with Connie at the BOE before she left for the C&P. We became very good working buddies and I feel blessed that she was my friend. Unfortunately as time passed I did not stay in contact, which I deeply regret now. But I did remember her birthday for a few years after because I know how much she enjoyed celebrating her birthday. Even though we did not stay in touch I feel very sad that she is no longer with us and honored that I knew her. God Bless her...

Connie contributed so much to the Ohio area and beyond. We appreciate and share the loss her family feels at this time. Praise God, for her life and legacy!

I would like to send my condolences to the Harper Family. May God be with you during these difficult times.

Richeatta Warner & Family

My sympathy goes out to the Family during your time of grief. Treasure the special time spent with Connie as you draw strength from the love of family and friends. Also, may God's loving-kindness comfort you and help you through this difficult time.(Psalm 119: 50, 76

Rest in peace

To the Family,

Ms. Connie, as she was lovingly known to many of us Centralians, presented herself in such a way that it was impossible not to love her and our alma mater!! She exhibited the "TRUE MARAUDER SPIRIT". She will be missed but her impact on Cleveland, the Black Community, the Call & Post readership, journalism as a whole and Centralians worldwide will always live on!!! R.I.P Ms. Connie.....

We will never forget Connie and all she has done for everyone she met. We especially are grateful for her commitment to Central State as a leader in Alumni activities as well as her commitment to Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Browns sports teams. I am truly proud to have been with Connie through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and Sassy Red Hatter Activities. She has always been a role model and mentor. We extend our deepest sympathy to her family especially Gwen Lynton and Winifred Reed....

May the God of love and all comfort,be with the family and loved ones at this very difficult and sad time.
