Sister Constance Horan

On behalf of the girls and boys of Our Lady of Good Counsel, I am honored to offer our condolences to the family and fellow clergy of Sister Constance.
She taught at OLGC during my birth year, 1940, and remained a legend for many years thereafter.
Every attendee of OLGC had her or his life enriched by the dedication and care demonstrated by Sister Constance and all of the Sisters of Charity who graced the now-empty halls of our fine school.

Dear Connie,
You were always so good to us, always trying to think of ways to help us when we were first married and then when we had Katie and Lize. It wasn't Christmas or Easter or Thanksgiving in the Curtin household unless you were seated at the dining room table, coming in from the city laden with gifts for everyone. I will miss your great laugh and your incredible kindness. Rest in peace dear Connie.

God rest your beautiful soul Sr. Constance Horan. You served Our Lord while on earth, now enjoy the rewards of your dedicated services in Heaven. Kiss the Blessed Mother and Jesus Christ for me. Now you are our special angel in Heaven watching over us. I will dedicate my next Rosary to you. Rest in eternal peace.
