Dearest McLindon families:

I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Connie's passing. Her influence was widely valued and her passing will leave an indelible mark on those she mentored or influenced along the way in their professional careers. (I was fortunate to work under her direction for several years at NSF in the Office of Information Systems). My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
