Connie had an incredible zest for life. Her 14 year battle with leukemia and the US health care system was awe inspiring. It is fitting that health care reform and eventual coverage for all Americans should become law on the day that we observe her obituary. Gerry McGowan, Cape Cod MA.

I remember Connie-Sue growing up on Taylor street in the north end of Flint. Her father Ted, her mom Luci, her grandparents all a part of my childhood memories. As a child she was a bright, energetic and somewhat of a rascal growing up. He successes as an adult does not surprise me and I celebrate her full and wondrous career. To Connie-Sue's mother Luci I send my love and sympathy. God bless!
