CONSTANCE MARIE "CONNIE" SIEBERT Graveside services for Connie Siebert, 62, of Albuquerque, New Mexico will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 12:45 p.m. She was born to Ralph and Margaret Siebert on December 31, 1949 in Leavenworth, Kansas. She passed away at her home in Albuquerque on January 11, 2012. Connie graduated from Florence Union High School in Florence, Arizona in 1968 and joined the United States Marine Corp in August of 1968. She was a Disabled American Veteran and a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Her main pleasure in life was assisting fellow veterans in whatever way she could and staying active in several of the VA programs. Connie is survived by her mother, Anna Margaret Siebert Grider; sister, Cecelia "CeCe" Wheeler and husband, Ray; sister, Terri Siebert; brother, Robert "Blue" Siebert and wife, Cheryl, all of Grants, New Mexico; and brother, Ralph M. Siebert and wife, Sri of Colorado Springs, Colorado; several nieces; nephews; and great-nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Lee Siebert and her father, Ralph J. Siebert. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grants High School Marine ROTC, 500 Mountain Rd., Grants, NM 87020.
