I'm so sad and sorry to hear of Connie's passing. We were childhood friends, going through 10 years of grade school together and then also high school. As children, Connie lived on Portage Avenue and I lived on Leland, one block away. We played together as children and had many common friends. We kept in touch all through life. I've been wondering why I didn't hear from her lately. Connie was a beautiful girl, and a good friend. I will miss her.
