Not sure what to say?

Jim, Phil and Elizabeth:

My heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to all of you. I'll always have warm memories of growing up on Paddington Lane....your mom was such a big part of our block. All the best to all of you...

I have fonds memories of Connie from both Summit School and the Winston-Salem Dental Auxiliary. Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family in this time of loss.

We had so many memorable miles together. The remaining miles will not be nearly so much fun without her. I shall miss her always.

Life was never easy for Connie. She has earned her angel's wings many times over. Her talents as an educator and friend are unmatched. How blessed we have been to know her!

Phil and family,
We were so sorry to learn of your Mom's passing. She was a special lady and boy, could she cook. It was always a special time at your house. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. If there's absolutely anything that we can do, please let us know. We'd love to see you. Love,

I always loved looking down the backyard from my home and seeing Connie in her backyard working in her garden with a grin. As far as life allows any of us, she enjoyed life on her own terms. After being neighbors for 45+ years, I can't recall a time when she didn't have a smile and a sunny outlook.

Connie contributed to MANY lifes. She made a difference and is already missed.

I am so sorry to help about the loss of your Mom. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

Elisabeth,

I was so sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a sweet lady and a wonderful neighbor. She will be greatly missed by all of those who lived on Paddington Lane. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

We are very sorry to hear of Connie's passing. We loved her like family and will always remember the Christmas gatherings at her house and "out in the country' where she always brought a smile and great food.
