I met Connie in the early 90s when I moved to El Paso right after college. I was an aspiring actor, and Connie was very involved at the time with The El Paso Playhouse. She was always such an enthusiastic and encouraging presence. Her kindness and support radiated and was greatly appreciated. Seeing her face has flooded my heart with so many
fond memories of family gatherings and great fun
at "Cousin Connie's". Especially eating Thanksgiving
Dinner in the bedrooms and being so excited when
you got to move to a new room!!! I never made it to
the "big table" in the dining room, but oh do I remember
it!
She was a lovely lady full of grace and kindness and
I will always remember her.
