Constantine L. Hampers

We flew Dr Hampers jet for 7 years. He was a great man to work for that we enjoyed flying around the word. His contributions to the medical word are well documented but while he was a private man he was also a man who provided guidance for us when needed.

He will be missed.

I wanted to express my sincere condolences to the Hampers family. I had the privilege of knowing and working with Gus while I was the medical cardiac director at Park Cardiographics and during the changeover to NMC. In addition to being Chief of Cardiology, I was also Chief of Kidney disease at the Good Samaritan Medical Center, and would refer my kidney transplant patients to the BWH. He was a truly dedicated physician while always looking toward the future and improving treatment for kidney...

I met Dr. Hampers several times in my years with NMC/FMC. He leaves an incredible legacy in the Nephrology field, especially for making hemodialysis treatment accessible to everyone who needed it, thereby saving countless lives over the years.
My condolences to his family and friends, especially Dr. Douglas Hampers, who I had the pleasure of working with at one time.
