Not sure what to say?

Taki led a group of 7 of us from Ohio universities and NASA Glenn that resulted in the Ohio Aerospace Institute located next to Cleveland International Airport. I have been on many committees, but none was led by such a fantastic leader. I have followed his career since he joined Drexel, but did not know of his death. The world and his family will surely miss him, I know I will.

My deepest condolences to Coni’s family and it indeed a loss to the world. I cannot believe that he went away from this world. A great man and he can never be forgotten. I was one of his students at the University of Michigan and a colleague at Bechtel. He was not only a great teacher but he was very personable too. He respected everyone around him. I will never forge the day when he came up with a brilliant idea to solve a problem that one of our clients raised in a meeting. He...

Although I worked with Dr. Papadakis only a short time when he was Dean of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, I have great memories of his dedication and concern for the students' education. I was very happy for him when he became President of Drexel and knew they were getting a gem. When I checked today to see if he was still president, I was saddened by the sight of a memorial page for him. The school was blessed to have had such a dedicated visionary.
