To Watlington and Lewis family
I am saddened to hear of the passing of Connie. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. That million dollars smile brighten up Capital Blue Cross. Such a lady of eloquence.
My condolences to the family. Keeping everyone in my prayers. God bless.
