Consuelo Chavez Holguin, 86, of Santa Clara died on Friday, September 17, 2010 at her home. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 6 p.m. at Bright Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will follow and inurnment of cremains will take place at a later date.
