I just recently learned of Mrs. Joyner's passing. She was so very special, and so very missed upon relocating from the City of Buffalo to North Carolina. Not only was she my (Hedley Place) neighbor, but she was like a member of my family.

As a child, I so looked forward to seeing her return home from church on Sundays, just to see which gorgeous hat she would be adorned in--always dressed beautifully.

She, Larry and Mr. Joyner will always hold a special place in my heart's...

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
