I'm so sorry for your loss.
My father, Homer, was Cora's husband's brother. We used to visit Aunt Cora almost every Sunday when I was growing up. She always made me feel so comfortable and her sense of humor was unmatched. To this day, I have not tasted any potato salad that could compare with Aunt Cora's potato salad.
My dad spoke with her regularly until his passing in 1990. He would always call her "Cora britches" and, to this day, I can still hear him saying...
