Cora Mulvey Whitfield

Cora Mulvey Whitfield, 72, of Cornelia, Georgia, daughter of the late Harrison and Ethel Ivester Gibson, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 11, 2000, following an extended illness. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 12, 2000, and Thursday, July 13, 7-9 p.m., at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, 1370 Industrial Boulevard, Cornelia. The body will be placed in Bethesda Fellowship Church on Friday, July 14, at 1:30 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m., officiated by the Rev. Clarence Reynolds and the Rev. Darrell Edenfield. Burial will follow at the Shirley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
