To my friends the Wagstaff Family, my fondness memories of my childhood were the days I spent at your house. Jim was a very caring man and I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. Whenever Jim would see me at my moms in the later years he would always walk outside and ask me how I was doing and how Arizona was treating me. I won't ever forget him. RIP Jim, Rita Pellerino
