Not sure what to say?

I went to a Holy Week service last night and there were only a dozen of us there so Barbara asked us to sit in the choir pews up close to the altar. In the second row book rail was a photo of Corinne in her long denim dress. It was both a sadness and a joy to see.

Ms. Dillon was a very special woman that will be missed. Growing up and being her next door neighbor she always very kind to me and my family. I can't tell you how many times I had footballs and basketballs would go into her yard and she never complained. I am sure other people would have said don't do that again. But just by this simple example years ago she showed me how much patience she had and how kind she was. I can sit back and imagine and it just seems like yesterday to me and I am in...

My deepest sympathies to all the family. Corinne was the dearest sweetest Lady, and a special friend. Heaven is brighter for her presence. I didn't hear the news til Sunday , so was unable to get into Houston for the service. I shall miss her.

My brothers (David and Daniel) and I grew up next door to Mrs. Dillon. I have such wonderful memories growing up
being her neighbor. I remember as a child playing with her grandchildren on Thanksgiving Day, football in the front yards, riding our bikes and in the summers playing under her covered patio. I'll always remember taking care of her beloved animals (Dusty, Sam, Corky, and Patrick)when she was out of town. I will always remember hearing her beautiful voice as she often sang...

Mona, I didn't check my e-mail until returning from the funeral. Rev. Paul Fromburg received my note and said to tell you that you and the family are in his prayers. He loved the photo of Corinne in the paper and plans to remember her just that way. I too will continue to pray for you all. Love, Elaine

Corinne was very special. To me she was the definition of Lady - lovely, elegant, in control, with a wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed by all who knew her.
My sincerest sympathy to her family.
