Not sure what to say?

Mr. Thompson and family, I am sorry to hear of the loss of your wife. I also have fond memories of the first couple of years at AHS with both you and your wife as our teachers. I will remember you in my thoughts and prayers. Casandra Walters (Jurney)

Dear Andy
My love and prayers are with you. I remember so clearly our days at AHS (class of 1960). Renee was a blessing to so many of us, taught us more than PE, taught us to be can-do women and to try no matter how hard or impossible it seemed.
Who would think someone as long and gangly as me could do a flip on the trampoline:):)
I remember the fun of having you in Irvine, I think Christy was 3-4.
You two have always been a very warm place in my memories.
May God be with you...

Our sincerest sympathy to Andy, Christy, Ann and families. Rene will always have a special place in our hearts. We have not ever known a more dedicated person in enriching the lives of young people. We are so honored that our family had the privilege of knowing Rene and her family. Ray, Bev, Lorri Baker and Rae Ann Armstrong

We all have everyone in our thoughts at this time. Rene was a great influence and mentor to our children and we honor her and her life. Dianne Gardner, Ken and Valerie Pence

Rene was a true friend to my mother Lenore. They shared their love of animals and practiced their Tai Chi together faithfully. Rene's loyal friendship was a bright spot in Mom's life and she will be missed.

From an old ex-neighbor and friend:Mr. Thompson, Christy, and Andrea and family, I'm very sorry for your loss.

I graduated from Atwater Hi in 65 and remember the Thompson's and often thought about them. My prayers and thoughts our with you.
Lynda LeMonnier Bryson

Please accept my deepest sympathies.
