Dear Mr. De Jong, Thank you for gracing us with your presence. What a gentleman - it was our honour to have met such a wonderful man who loved his family so dearly. Thank you for moving here to be with your boys. I enjoyed meeting the man who raised my wonderful step-father.

To Mrs. De Jong, Derek, Stuart and families: Our hearts are with you. I know you are all so proud of him and the bravery he showed from just a young man to recent weeks.
