Neil was gentle, kind, learned and capable and he was pleased to share his great store of legal knowledge with his colleagues. I enjoyed being his law partner for many decades. Charlie Claeys

I was a member of Neil´s class of 56 . He was in my opinion,the most gifted member of that class.I wasn´t but that made no difference to Neil. He was kind,friendly and unassuming, a well balanced individual.May he Rest In Peace.
