As mentioned earlier, Connie was one of a kind. I worked for him from 1976 to 1986 and was his counterpart from 1986 until he retired in 1988. We had many great times at the airport and some not so great times when he wanted to fire me but all in all we both survived and we were friends at the end.
He was certainly well known all over Miami International Airport and many of the employees that he hired during his tenure are still there working or are now retired. I'm glad that...
