My entire family will miss Bud. He was a wonderful next door neighbor and friend to our clan. We always knew Bud was there to look out for our parents, Annie and Harry Brotan, as we grew up and left the nest. When ever we returned home, Bud was there with a cheerful "hello, how's it going!". Even our kids grew up knowing Bud. He was and is truly a blessed man. When my parent's finally moved to a condo, we thought we might have to buy one for Bud too!
