He shared his life with so many and made such a difference in our community and in so many lives. He was such a great neighbor and special friend.

I met Mr. Wondergem in 1970 when he was working at Goodwill Industries and I at Vocational Rehabilitation. He was always a gentleman and full of genuine passion for handicapped, minority and under-privileged individuals. Many times, I would go to his office, chat and sing or hum what he would say "soulful" hymns of the church. Other times I would use his ear to hear portions of original passages from my pageants and plays. Those were the...
