Not sure what to say?

mr. smith was a rare teacher here in the americana finnmark condominium community. he smiled with his eyes, he worked with his mind, hands and tools.
early this morning, i was walking on the grounds here... for a brief moment i saw another gentleman walking as i often saw cornell on the grounds. i thought it was cornell for a fleeting moment. he continues to teach me. i am so fortunate to have met him in my lifetime.....

I work five years alongside Cornell at Americana Finnmark. He was a friend, coworker and had a personality that was full of life.
After leaving Americana FInnmark Cornell and I Remained Friends. I will always remember the times we spent together.

Rest in peace my friend,❤

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Cornell worked at Comsource Management for nearly 30 years. Mostly at Americana Finnmark Condominium. I met Cornell at Riggs Hill condominium in 1990. Cornell was maintenance supervisor and I was the property manager. We became work associates but also become friends. Cornell was always willing and able to do his job with expertise and dedication to the condominium community. He never said an angry word and always enjoyed working with his co-workers. I am saddened by the loss of my friend...

Cornell Smith had done a lot of work in my apartment in the past. Cornell always worked his hardest and made sure everything was done correctly. Cornell often talked about how much he missed his wife who passed away. Now, they can be together again with God.
Deepest Sympathy,
Alexander Roy!

My condolences to the family and all who knew Cornell. He always had a smile and cheer. At AF he is very missed and gone too soon. He had a great work ethic and personal character that you could not but admire and try to emulate. You would rarely hear anything but good from him and it would all be okay. Truly a huge loss for many of us at Americana F.

I will remember Cornell as a kind, friendly guya real people person. When he greeted you with his smile, it made you smile too (even if you didnt want to).

I spent five years working along side Cornell at Americana Finnmark. Every day was an adventure. He was a friend, a teacher, and larger than life personality, always willing to help someone in need. I will cherish the memories we shared, which always included laughter, unless of course it was during a Redskins game.
So grateful our paths crossed.
Love and eternal light.
Heidi

I am sorry very saddened to see that we lost such an amazing, beautiful, genuinely good, and warm loving soul. I remember so many wonderful memories and funny moments conversing with Cornell. Americana Finmark was the very first place my wife and I lived from 1994 - 2001 and we really grew fond of Cornell during that time. He was always doing really kind and thoughtful things for people without hesitation. Always willing to help someone, and very considerate, and thoughtful. He will truly be...
