Not sure what to say?

Tom, Lesley, and Phil - We are so sorry to lose Correlle. We will always remember her wonderfully wicked sense of humor, her pies, and her (and Rita's) insistence on proper happy hours with sherry and nibbles. We aren't able to come to Roanoke Saturday, but want you to know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Trish and Julie Nunley.

Dear Tom and Lesley, I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We are part of the Holden Beach gang and we fondly remember Correlle from those trips. She certainly did have a great sense of humor and she will be missed. Our prayers are with your family. (Love the obit!)

I always enjoyed my times with Correlle and will miss her. She was special to Woody and to me as well.

What a wonderful obituary for lovely lady. May you find joy in all your happy memories. We would all be lucky to live such a life full of lemon bars and loving family.

I'm so glad I was able to get to know Correlle better over the last four months. I really enjoyed our lunches!! Tom & Lesley were wonderful caregivers. Although Correlle wanted to lose a few pounds the lemon bars and ginger crinkles kept appearing and we know she felt obligated to eat as many as possible :)
Love you guys!!

Seeing that photo brings back memories of a sweet mother and a son who also has a very dry sense of humor. How fortunate you were to have her for so long. Warren Vaughan, Morehead City NC

Aunt Correlle was always a bright light in my childhood and throughout my life. She was a special person in every way.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
