I am so sad to learn her passing away. I am so sorry that I learned it just now when I was about to send her a Chinese New Year greeting. She was a wonderful and kind person.

I remember your mother as kind, welcoming, gracious, understanding, solid in her support of those who suffered injustice. Corrine's positive presence, her sweet laughter, gentle smile and loving care remain in my memory. And she was so grateful for, and proud of you, her daughters and family. Earth has lost an angel and heaven has gained a saint.
