Read MoreI spent the first six months of my life in foster care before I was adopted. I was never told the name of the family but knew it was a Black family in Roxbury. I wonder if it was this wonderful woman. If so, I wish I could thank her for giving me a wonderful start in my life and wish I could have met her at some point.

Mrs. White lived across the street from us when we were growing up. She was always a pleasant very nice woman. Always had a smile. Her son Steven was a good friend of mine. Goodbye Mrs. White. God bless you; my mom really liked you.❤❤
