Cory Lee Phillips

I think of you often my friend. I miss your laugh and sitting round watching sports and Chappelle Show. You were an awesome person and losing you changed the direction of my life. I couldn't wait to leave Michigan after your death. I'm back and constantly reminded of you. We had just hung out for your bday days before you were gone. One day we'll meet again my friend. Thank you for the memories and thank you for always showing up for me. You are gone but never forgotten. I love you bud.

May God continue to show you both of you His mercy and grace. Look unto the hills from whence cometh your help, for your comfort, strength, and encouragement to presevere will indeed come from the Lord. Know that my congregation and I have you continually in our prayers.

Mr. and Mrs. Phillips I sorry to hear about your lost. Me and Corey grew up together playing basketball and going to school together. I know losing a child is a serious struggle but remember to keep praying to God.

Cory was a very close and dear friend of mine for the past eight years. I had the joy of learning from him as he was a brilliant man. He changed my life and he taught me the valuable gift of giving. We will all see you again and to all of his loved ones PEACE BE WITH YOU. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips you are in my prayers and may God give you strength to know that he has called his Angel home.
