Mike, Betty was my best friend for many years. You became a best friend too. Your sense of humor and presence on this earth will be forever missed by your family and friends. I am not sure heaven is ready for the two of you but say hi to Betty for me when you get up there. You can be proud of your two daughters and their families as they took very good care of you.
