Dr Davis has been a long time friend to our family and Pinecrest School He was direct, to the point and a wonderful Doctor. Words can not express what he meant to us.

To the Davis Family:

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time of grief. When I read this in the paper, I knew this was the Dr. Courtland Davis that operated on our daughter, Lori Amanda,at Baptist Hospital after she was born with a birth defect in December, 1962. She lived to be 5 years old, and I can sympathize with his family in the loss of his child. May God give the family grace, comfort and strength today and in the days that lie ahead. John, Chapter 14.

I was one of the care givers for Corky at Pinecrest in Walnut Cove, and he had good wit about things, and always said [channel 12]. My thoughts & prays are with the family.May Corky find peace.
