Courtney Michelle Allen was a childhood friend of mine, and was always there for me and with me as we grew older.. tears can not explain how much I miss you. My heart will be with all of the family members on this heartbroken moment. Courtney still has that same beautiful smile as I remember from when she was younger. You will be missed, but never forgotten, and will always be in my mind and heart. I love you courtney, and god bless you. I know that she is looking down to all of us smiling...
