Not sure what to say?

I am an old high school friend of Ketourah, and I just learned of her father's passing. I would liket to send my prayers and love to Ketourah and Jennifer.

I only recently learned of Rick's demise and was truly shocked. He was such a loving person and I enjoyed working with him during his contracting days at Eglin AFB FL. We shared many laughs over the years and I always enjoyed talking with him about his girls. He was one proud Dad and Grandfather. I saw him on his last visit to Eglin and was so glad to hear he had been doing so well. God bless your family because I know this was truly a great loss.

Rick,

May your spirit never grow old, your heart never go cold
and your smile continue to light up our soul. "You know"!!!

The most memorable traits about Rick are his deep, jovial laugh and the twinkle in his eyes. It's been a good while since he left the Contracting Office at Eglin Air Force Base, it was always a treat to keep track of his successes through friends. He will be missed.

We worked together a few years back at Eglin AFB Contracting Directorate. Rick Johnson was a very nice, congenile person that was fun to work with. He will be missed by many. I hope the Lord brings comfort to those left behind.

Dear Rick, I will always remember fondly the gentle person who nicknamed me "Bean" and who made everyone smile. I worked with Rick at Eglin AFB from 1992-1994. All the ladies decided he was the best-dressed man in PK. He had a wry sense of humor that made us all laugh. There was also a kindness about him that is very rare. He loved to talk about his children and they were his first priority. I am sure he is watching them from heaven. Rick - you will be sorely missed!

I knew Rick when I worked at Eglin AFB. He made my day each day with that goregous smile of his! He was a man that represented strength, kindness, humor, and an overall caring for others. He was so proud of his daughters and would talk non-stop of you all. What a proud dad he was! What wonderful memories Rick has left behind for us all to carry on. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He shall be greatly missed but never forgotten.

To Rick's beloved daughters I offer my deepest condolences on the loss of their wonderful father who was an outstanding co-worker and friend. It was a joy and pleasure to work with Courtney Richard Johnson, Operational Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL. I was not allowed to call him Courtney and oh, how I pestered him yet he allowed me to be a pest. One Friday and prior to Mother's Day, I went around wishing all the Mothers a "Happy Mother's Day". I began saying "Happy Mother's Day" to Rick and I...

I met Rick many years ago when we worked together at Eglin AFB and we maintained contact off and on since that time. Rick was a good friend and very special person who will be missed by all who ever knew him. My prayers go out to his family.
