It's been just short of a year but I just now came across this. Mr. Rains was a very upstanding man and realtor. He was proof that you could quickly sell a house with AAA service at half the cost of the "other guys." I wish he would've had someone tol pass his business down to, I'm assuming he did not as I can not find anything about that company online now...
