The services are scheduled for Monday, December 11 th at Heart Cry Church located at 9339 W. Hunt Highway, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 with a viewing at 1:00 p.m., memorial service at 2:00 p.m. and a reception at the Brooks' home located at 9701 W. Prospector Drive, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 immediately following.
