Born in Riverside in 1953, many, many Sunday late afternoons would be spent with my family "window shopping" downtown Riverside, ending up at Pringles for an ice cream cone and some shopping. I remember for some reason the floors being uneven back by the pharmacy, and there were chairs at endcaps for patron to rest. What a great store. Thank you for some cherished childhood memories. Condolences to your family and may their own memories give them peace, comfort and many a smile!
