Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Craig's death today. I had moved out of the Poughkeepsie area 40 years ago, and had really lost touch with Craig around the year 2000. Craig was such a special person....funny, thoughtful, very humble and caring. He was special. I have read the comments below, and they are all true...a great person.....an exceptional human being....a gentleman in all respects. I extend my deepest condolences to his family.

Lynn, I'm very sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.

Craig was a wonderful man and I will never forget his excitement of the birth of his son

Craig was a great sport on and off the field. He will be missed.

My condolences to the DiGilio family. Craig was a great friend and a exceptional human being. We all lost him much too soon.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of Craig. He was a great team mate but a greater person. The years we played together will always be remembered and I know he is up in heaven with my father Ed Distefano as they are playing together one more time. Rest in peace my friend
Your team mate
John DiStefano

My condolences to the Digilio family. I didn't have a lot of contact with Craig, but from the contacts that I did have he was a fine attorney and a gentlemen in all respects.

Baseball fields in upstate NY should fly at half staff today.
