Not sure what to say?

I ask God to comfort each member of Craig's family. As a fellow Cumberland Valley substitute, I know how hard his job could be, but also how valuable and rewarding. I know you will miss him deeply.

"May the Lord bless him and keep him.
May the Lord look upon him kindly and give him peace.
May the Lord's face shine upon him and be gracious to him." Numbers 6: 24-26
I gonna miss your company, your kindness, and your friendship.
I'll see you later pal.
Please pray for Craig.

The staff and students of the Multiple Disabilities Support (MDS) class at Central Dauphin East High School would like to express our sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. Evans. He was a kind and intelligent gentleman who often helped in our room whenever a substitute was needed. "Mr. Craig" was a hands-on teacher who enjoyed working with our unique population. He will forever be remembered fondly for his long walks with our more energetic students and for his amazing Lego block...

Dear Mr. Bud Evans, Ms. Janis Evans, and other family members,

I have known Craig Evans since 1982. He is a person of faith, principle, and transparency. He was a very able theologian with passion for truth. He had no vice in him, loved to sing, laughed like a child, was pure in heart, and was sincere and truthful in every aspect of his life. He was a gift of God to us. I am going to miss him as long as I live. May God comfort you and bless you in this time of sorrow!

Craig has been a long time friend of our family. He would stop in at anytime to see if anyone was up for a run. I think he could smell the cookies baking from miles away. I enjoyed sitting by watching as he would engage our children in converstation that was meaningful and he showed true interest in what they were about. One of my goals in life was to beat Craig in Twixt which never happened and now never will (probably wouldn't have no matter how long Craig lived). One of our families...

The Evans Family,
We at Central Dauphin Multiple Disability Class always called him "Mr. Craig". He was terrific with our students and he will be missed.
My prayers are with the entire family.

Mr. Evans was a great substitute teacher at CV High School, he will be greatly missed by everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I had Mr. Evans as a substitute many times over my four years at CV, and I was very sorry to hear of his passing. He was a very caring and compassionate teacher who only wanted the best for his students. My condolences.

Craig was a friend of my wife and me. We enjoyed studying the Bible together and discussing pro-life issues. Craig and I shared a love for theology, and he was ready with discussion about Karl Barth just about anytime. I never beat him in Twixt--not even close. He was always ready for that too, with a game board in his truck. For a short time, he was a part of a biweekly film discussion group that I enjoy. Craig was a faithful friend.
