Not sure what to say?

I met Craig and Pauline through my grandparents Don and Marion Hassell. They lived across the street. For many years Pauline asked why I called her by her first name and Craig was always Mr Kreutz. I told her I did not know his first name. Even after she told me, He was still Mr Kreutz! I remember Craig would have to run down their basset hound, Rubin when he would escaped between the white board fence that lined the yard.

My memory of Craig lives in joy of a long weekend in Portland in 2006. I had moved from my longtime home in Reno, Nevada, to Richland, Washington, to report on the Hanford nuclear site for public radio. My time there was as barren as the landscape. The bright spot that kept me going during that lonely year was contact with friends back home, including my dear friend, Barbara Dieringer.

The Celebration of life for Craig will be held on Saturday June 20, 2009 at Red Lion Airport Hotel at 7101 N.E.82nd Ave. Time 3:00 pm. Please join us!

Craig and the Kreutz family have been an important part or our lives since 1970 when I was first employed at the shop.
We have enjoyed fishing, camping, and celebrating with Craig, friends, and the family. We are deeply saddened by his passing. Look forward to seeing you all again and would like to attend his life celebration. Ken and Bonnie Cross

Uncle Craig was my great uncle and good man. I remember the days of going over to his house as a kid and playing with my cousins and the basset hounds (to this day their my favorite breed and when I see one I always think of Uncle Craig), or visiting his shop when I was over at Grandpas. Mom and Grandpa always gave me updates on his doings through the years. Enjoyed visiting and helping with yard work the last time I saw him a few years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with CB, Rodney,...

Dear CB (Craig Boone to Gary),

Although we didn't know your dad, we wanted you to know we are sorry to learn of his death.

Sorry to hear of Craig's passing. Always enjoyed a good conversation with him.

Dear CB and family.

Sorry to hear of your father's passing. Although my relationship with your dad was mostly professional, he always was a good friend to my dad.
