I regret the fact that I was never able to meet Craig in person. We had exchanged messages on Instagram and had planned to meet up ( he and his wife, myself and Kathy Skerry) after he got his daughter settled at college. I was in awe of his artwork! Dear Laura, I just today learned of your husband's passing and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how saddened I am. I am thinking fondly of you and hope that you carry on with the dignity and grace I know you possess.

When I think of Craig, I recall a very enthusiastic young man entering high school and his whirlwind of excitement coming and going from home with various athletic outfits and supplies his Mom lovingly had at the ready.
