One of my friends went to Roush for materials for a DIY project. When I next saw her, she told me that a man who works at Roush not only pointed her in the right direction but also asked about her project and then gave her good advice. As I also worked at Roush, I asked for his description (everyone at Roush is helpful!) and told her that is Craig. From then on when she went into the store, she'd ask for him because he always gave her good advice with clear directions that she could follow...

As I've worked on the house the last couple of years, I could always count on cheerful interactions with and sage advice from Craig. Having a neighbor like him always made buying this fixer-upper seem like it wasn't such a bad decision. I'll miss the unplanned, frequent interactions that good neighbors typically enjoy.
