We are very sad to learn of Mr. Forry's homegoing. He was one of our Dad's very best friends. They worked together at Contra Costa County Hospital in Martinez, California starting in the 1950's. They were both U.S. Navy veterans and became fast, life-long friends. Our Dad and Mr. Forry remained friends and kept in touch, frequently through telephone conversations and visits. After our Dad had a stroke and became incapitated, and Mr. Forry retired and he and wife moved to Rocklin, Mr Forry would make the long trip from Rocklin at least once a year to visit with my Dad. He continued to visit, make frequent telephone calls and write letters, throughout the entire 16+ years that our Dad was ill. Our Dad would always be so excited and happy to get a visit, phone call or letter from "my friend Forry" to check on him and update Daddy on his family, retirement adventures and many activities. The last time we saw "our Dad's best friend Forry" was at our Dad's funeral. However, Mr. Forry always made sure to send a family Christmas letter to our Mother until her death over 3 years ago. Please know that we will always cherish the memories of the friendship shared by Mr. Forry and our Dad. We share in your loss and pray God, in His infinite wisdom and love, will comfort and keep you and give you a peace that surpasses all understanding during this most difficult time. Earth has no sorrows that Heaven cannot heal.

Sincerely,
The Daughters of Eddie Walls
Richmond, California
