Cris is such a lovely person! Always stylish and always smiling!! I feel so fortunate to have known her.
The last time I saw her was at the Club only a couple of months ago. She still loved to walk laps in the pool. She had on a gorgeous fuschia swim suit and matching lipstick! Always so tasteful!!
I love Cris, Roger, Ted and Kate very much. May God bless.

Cris was truly an extraordinary person. Someone I looked up to and she taught me so much about being an exceptional person. Someone share this quote describes her perfectly. "She who leaves a trail of Glitter will never be forgotten". She will always have a special place in my heart!

I will never forget our lunch to get "the low down on the place". She was so right about so many things. Her honesty and eloquence will be missed by all that knew her.

Cris Emrich was my mentor and my friend. She signed me up as a volunteer at the Dallas Arboretum eleven years ago. She saw potential in me as a volunteer I didn't know I had. She always brought out the best in everyone that knew her. I will miss her greatly, and I will cherish the time I spent with her at the Dallas Arboretum. I pray that God will comfort Roger and Ted during this sad time.
