Crystal was born on May 16, 1983 and passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015. Crystal was a resident of Kinston, North Carolina at the time of her passing. The family will receive friends and family on Thursday November 19 2015 from 7:00 until 9:00 at Lanie Chapel Christian Church Highway 58 Kinston. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday November 20 2015 at the church with Reverend Jim Cullen officiating. Interment will follow in the Baker Family Cemetery.
Crystal Michelle, I can still see you and your cousin (my son) James Robert playing on Nana's back deck when you were little tots, the fun that you two had together! I can still remember the last time I saw you and how you were such a beautiful young woman with a personality to match. I miss and love you very much, my niece! All my love, Uncle Craig!

Crystal was always a beautiful and sweet lady. I remember first meeting her when she was a teenager and thinking what a beautiful girl she was. She spent her last months on this earth doing the honor of serving our veterans at the Kinston Veterans Home and was loved and appreciated by these veterans. I have always heard that when you serve man, you are serving God. Her family can be proud of her for the service she gave to our American Heros. May God bless the memories we have of Crystal ...
