R.E. Rogers Funeral Home - Belfry Obituary

Crystal Lynn Thacker, 39, of Stone, KY, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020.
Crystal was born November 18, 1981, in Williamson, WV, the daughter of Timmy Dean Thacker of Stone, KY, and the late Madena Lynn Williamson Thacker. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Herman and Mary Woods Williamson and Alfred and Anna West Thacker.
Crystal had a huge heart! She loved and cared about everyone especially children and Christmas time. She would spend lots of money buying gifts for almost every child she knew. She would get so excited that she wanted to give them as soon as she bought them. She loved cooking, listening to music and her cat, Tweekers. Her laugh was unforgetable and very contagious. The way Crystal loved and cared for others sets a great example that we pray other generations of our family will follow. She will be greatly missed by everyone who truly knew her.
Besides her father, she is survived by her sisters, Brittany (B.J.) Clark and Tiffany (Jesse) Bishop; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2020, beginning at 11 AM in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with her funeral to follow at 12 noon, with Gary Blackburn and the Big Creek Freewill Baptist Church in charge. Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery, Stone, KY, with her family and friends serving as pallbearers. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry is serving the Thacker family.
