Not sure what to say?

Hello Michael, Chance and Shirl I guess by now you all have missed your Dad a million times. I know he is up in heaven playing music laughing with friends and family. I wish I had the words, the only thing that comes to mind is he is in a better place. Your Dad was special to so many I hope that memories have help you all. I am sending you love from California.

So sorry to hear just found out very sorry for your loss, prayers for all of your family I miss you all

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you. -Philippians 1:3

I am Bud's first cousin, five years older than him. I remember very well when he was born, and my mother sewing for him. We later were able to go see the family in Texas. We lived in California at the time.

When Bud was born he slipped into life as though he was in a hurry to get at life and get going! I remember him being a precocious child. The way he carried himself, verbally and he had opinions on everything. He...

my Father Doc Stewart worked with Bud in the Halcyon days of Lubbock and spoke often of those times Radio has lost another Golden Voice

Michael, Chance and Shirl, I am so sorry for your loss. Bud was quite a character, I always enjoyed being around him. May God comfort and bring you peace in the days to come.

So sorry Michael, Chance and Shirl. I know you will miss him greatly. He loved music and is probably in heaven with all the musicians that dead before their time jamming with them. Love you guys. Suzann

Michael, Chance and Shirl I am so sorry for your personal loss of your father. He was and will always be my favorite Texan. I enjoyed his many visits to California. Curcy was Grandmas (Aunt Mable) favorite nephew. Your Dad would bring bands and they camp in grandmas backyard. He also stayed with my parents at Venice beach. We all loved your dad and we many good memories. Please have your memories help through this time and know he will be remembered with love.

My sincere condolences to the family. May you find comfort by drawing close to God during this difficult time. James 4 : 8
