I worked with Curt sometime around 1976 or 77 when he ran the video program for City Schools. I was a student at SDSU, and I helped him with the video van. What a great guy.

Shocked is not the right word! I'm floored by this news! Curt was one of the first guys I met at my first job in in San Diego in 1984. He was a consummate professional then and always remained so. He was one of the kindest people in the production industry and I'm know he will be missed.

So sorry to hear this. I always looked up to Curt. He was a long time neighbor, my audio-visual teacher at Taft and my drum teacher for many years. He truly was a great guy. I will always remember him.
