On this memorial event of my 'buddy' and fellow Shriner 'Curt', I lament his passing. We both were longtime members of the Shriner Drum and Bugle Corps of Hillah Temple - Ashland Oregon.

The events we attended, entertained the public, and the times we shared in private - 'at the well of Zem Zem' and the 'waters thereof' are some of my most precious memories.

Only superseded by my memories of hunting pheasants at his Grenora, North Doaka homestead !

I want to say. Curt was one of my best friends ever even as we went our separate ways in life. I miss his smile and have a lot of memories from high school. Water skiing and most of all our basketball together. HE WAS THE DRIBBLER AND I WAS THE SHOOTER. Curt Bill and I did a lot together and now Curt and Bill can get together again and wait for me up there I will never forget our times together.
